Advocacy Committee
This group comprised of both board and non-board members work to engage and educate the general public and policy makers through collaborative efforts based on 4 key areas of focus including:
- advancing homeownership opportunities for lower-income households
- promoting access to a range of safe, healthy, and affordable housing options
- promoting financial stability for individuals and families
- cultivating and preserving healthy and vibrant communities
Building Equity
As an affordable housing organization that works daily to ensure everyone has a decent place to live, we publish a bi-annual advocacy newsletter in March and September of each year. Newsletters are sent to all Summit County municipal leaders and state/federal representatives.
The purpose of this newsletter is to highlight affordable housing and neighborhood revitalisation projects, policy and action – to celebrate progress and work towards our future together.
