You have the opportunity to grab these items and purchase them online before the store is open to the public on Wednesday morning at 8AM. These hot items will only be available for purchase online on every Tuesday from noon until midnight.

How are the item conditions categorized?
New: A brand-new, unused, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.
New other (see details): A new, unused item with absolutely no signs of wear. The item may be missing the original packaging, or in the original packaging but not sealed. The item may be a factory second or a new, unused item with defects.
Refurbished: The item has been restored to working order by a third party. This means the item was inspected, cleaned, and repaired to full working order and is in excellent condition.
Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear, but is fully operational and functions as intended. See the description for full details of any imperfections.
When am I able to shop online ReStore items?
5 featured online items are only available online for purchase on Tuesdays from noon to midnight. After the store closes at midnight, the listed items will no longer be available for purchase online and can only be purchased in store starting Wednesday morning at 8AM for the general public, first come first serve.
Can online items be reserved or held?
No. We do not reserve or hold items for customers. Items must be purchased online and must be picked up within 7 days of purchase. Bring help to load your items.
Why are only 5 items for sale online?
We hand-select 5 of what we think will be the best, hottest items for sale each week to feature on our online store. This is a way to exclusively shop items before they are available in person on Wednesday morning when the store opens at 8AM. We have many more items for sale in-store and our full inventory is available during regular store hours.
How long do I have to pick up my online purchase?
You have 3 business days to pick up your item from the Summit County ReStore at 2301 Romig Rd. Akron, OH 44320 during store hours Wednesday – Friday 8AM to 6PM and Saturday 8AM to 4PM. Bring help to load your items. We have a limited space to hold items so if the item is not picked up after 3 days, it will be put back on the sales floor for sale. The amount paid for the item will be considered a donation. We do not offer refunds for items that are not picked up within the 3 day period.
Can I pay for the item with cash in store?
No. All online items are credit card sales only. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express cards. You will recieve an email reciept for your purchase with confirmation your credit card has been charged.
How do I pick up my item?
Purchased items can be picked up from the Summit County ReStore at 2301 Romig Road in Akron Wednesday through Friday 8AM to 6PM and Saturday 8AM to 4PM. You must show your email receipt for proof of purchase along with a photo ID. Items must be picked up within 3 business days. Bring help to load your items. Items not picked up withing the 3 day period will be put back on the sales floor and the amount paid will be considered a donation.
What happens to the online items once the store is closed?
After the online store closes at midnight on Tuesday, items that have not sold will be available in store starting Wednesday morning at 8AM, first come first serve.
How are items selected for the online ReStore?
Each Tuesday morning we review inventory and select 10-12 items to feature on our online store. These items are newly donated and unique! To shop our entire store, please visit us at 2301 Romig Road in Akron Wednesday through Friday 8AM to 6PM and Saturday 8AM to 4PM.
When will I know I have purchased an item?
Until you have received an email receipt confirmation for your credit card purchase, you have not purchased the online item. Transactions are based on a time stamp. The sale is not finalized until you have recieved an email confirmation that will be sent by noon on Wendnesday morning.
Can I use a coupon on the online ReStore items?
No, all online ReStore items are excluded from all coupons or promotions. The price listed is the price you pay.
Is Ohio sales tax added to the item price?
No. Each price listed INCLUDES Ohio sales tax. The price listed is the total price you pay.
