Jim Sukys joined Habitat for Humanity of Summit County in January, 2011. Prior to that he was President of Villa Angela-St. Joseph High School for six years after a twenty three year career in a variety of positions in the accounting and finance area. Jim hold's a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Dayton and is a CPA (inactive).
Jim's primary focus is to help fund the building of homes through adopt-a-house donations, coalitions, foundations and the annual appeal. He enjoys the challenge of building new relationships and introducing people and organizations to the wonderful mission of Habitat for Humanity.
Jim is a member of St. Mary's Parish in Hudson, where he is a Eucharistic Minister and plays in the Men's Club golf league. He is on the Board of Trustees for Seton Catholic School in Hudson, where he serves as Treasurer. He also coaches CYO football and basketball for Seton, and coaches baseball in the Hudson little league.
Jim is married to Jean, has four boys and resides in Hudson. When he is not coaching his boys various teams, he enjoys golfing and exercising.
