Pam Godby and her daughter, Annie (30), currently live in a small apartment. Annie has special needs and finds comfort in familiar things and places. Moving into their new home will be a bit of a change for Annie, but she will have more space to line up her baseball cards and stuffed animals, and a backyard to run around with her dog.
Pam has worked at JC’s Place (an outreach of Johnson Church) for the past 9 years, and is also employed by Summit County DD services. She is a caring individual and extremely hard worker.
Pam’s friend Kelly had gotten a Habitat application from an event at her church. One day when Pam went to pick up Annie from Kelly’s house, Kelly told her she couldn't leave until she filled out the application. Pam and Annie were approved, and are now on their way to moving into their new home.
